Because the loyalty of our holidaymakers matters, MS offers its customers personalised benefits,
defined according to their stay history.

These benefits take into account the relationship with MS over the last three years, the number of stays completed,
the number of nights spent and the amounts spent on stays at MS Camping Clubs.

To be eligible for these benefits, customers must have completed at least two stays booked directly with MS Vacances,
spread over a minimum of two different years. The benefits granted are personal and are communicated together with their terms
of use by email or via the MS customer account.

Loyalty benefits are reassessed each year on 1^st October and are valid for the coming year.

Terms and conditions of Loyalty benefits

Loyalty benefits apply to customers who have booked directly with MS Vacances via our website www.ms-vacances.com or our booking service and who have stayed at least twice over the last 3 years at one of our establishments (across at least 2 different years).
The number of stays completed, the number of nights spent and the amounts spent on stays at MS Camping Clubs are taken into account.
