Things to do at your Narbonne-Plage campsite
La Côte des Roses Campéole Campsite in Narbonne, in the Aude region, is known for its enormous water complex featuring a large, heated outdoor pool with a deck of sun loungers, a solarium and a hot tub, racing slides, a paddling pool and a water play area.
To keep your kids busy after splashing around at the water complex, you can head over to the playground or the bouncy castles. You can also show off your skill to your family on the crazy golf course or participate in football, basketball, padel, petanque or other matches on our various sporting grounds and courts.
To get back in shape, take our group aquarobics, fitness, strength training, zumba, stretching and other classes led by our activities leaders. Aside from those classes, a gym and street workout / outdoor fitness equipment are also at your disposal, along with a yoga area.
Lastly, whilst parents relax and unwind, kids are looked after by our Kids’ Club (ages 4 to 13) or our Teen Club (ages 14 to 17). Activities for our youngest guests include arts & crafts, games, the creation of a show, a mini disco and more. Older kids can focus on themed arts and crafts.

Our motorhomer friends are welcome here, as are those who prefer a tent or a caravan. You can set up on one of our pitches with electricity or electricity + water + drainage. Things to do around your campsite by Narbonne Beach
Cycling reigns supreme on the land around Narbonne-Plage. A huge number of bike paths criss-cross this part of the Occitanie region. Some of the routes run along the Mediterranean, while others head inland, all the way to Narbonne, with multiple ponds and curiosities to visit along the way.
You can also explore the countryside by horse. The local riding club is just 3 kilometres away from the campsite. Avid golfers will make their way to the 18-hole course at Ste Rose Golf & Pitch and Putt in the town of Narbonne, 21 kilometres from La Côte des Roses.
If you’re coming to our campsite in Narbonne, it’s also so you can take advantage of the Mediterranean and its immense, fine sandy beaches. They are perfect spots for land yachting. For other thrilling activities, try your hand at kitesurfing or jet skiing. Kids ages 4 to 8 can also ride a jet ski with an instructor.
Do you prefer calmer activities? You can indulge in the traditional “activity” of pure relaxation along the town’s 5 kilometres of beaches, including the naturist Mateilles Beach near Gruissan, all in an unspoilt natural setting. The Narbonne Big Game Fishing Association (ANPG) encompasses several fishing schools where you can learn this form of sport fishing, which is not as restful as you might think.

Sights to see around our Narbonne campsite
Narbonne is a town steeped in history, as witnessed by its impressive town hall, its magnificent cathedral and the Robine Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to mention but a few.
The Gouffre de l’Oeil Doux sinkhole is truly remarkable, with its towering limestone walls and pool of emerald waters. It is located in the town of Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, about a dozen kilometres from our campsite in Narbonne. You can easily get there by bicycle along a bike path.
Don’t leave the region without spending a day with – or without – your kids at the Réserve Africaine in Sigean. There, you will travel across a savannah, surrounded by wild African animals roaming free. It’s an unforgettable experience, indeed!
