Cashless is a contactless payment method in the form of a connected wristband. You now have a secure electronic wallet, conveniently attached to your wrist. With a simple gesture, you can enjoy all ou services with complete freedom.
which sales points accept cashless payments?
Reception + Pizzeria + Bar + Grocery Store
Important ! At the following points of sale – Pizzeria, Bar and Grocery Store – only payments by bank card or Cashless wristband are accepted. If you wish to use cash or holiday vouchers (paper or Connect), please remember to top up your wristband at the reception or the bar.
For other sales points, you will be able to make payments according.

Create your account
Important! Please use the email address linked to your booking. This will automatically associate your wristbands with your personal account. Otherwise, you can manually add your cashless wristbands by entering the code printed on the back of your contactless chip.
A confirmation email will be sent to you — don’t forget to check your spam folder.
If you don’t create an account, your wristband will be considered anonymous. In the event of loss or theft, it cannot be blocked or refunded.

Top up and manage your wristbands
Once in your account area, your Cashless wristbands will appear.
HOW DO I TOP UP MY WRISTBAND?
- Online from your account using your bank card
- At Reception and Bar if you wish to top up with cash, Holiday Vouchers (Chèques-Vacances ANCV) or Chèques-Vacances Connect
YOU CAN EASILY:
- Top up your wristband with the amount of your choice
- Track your transactions and check your balance
- Manage the wristbands of all participants
- Transfer funds from one wristband to another
- Block your wristband in case of loss or theft
- Request a refund of your balance at the endof your stay
What if my balance is insufficient?
You can complete the transaction using another Cashless wristband or pay all or part of the amount using your bank card.
And at the end of my stay?
Refund requests can be made within 30 days after the end of your stay via your personal Easytransac x MS Vacances account (bank details required). No refunds can be issued on site.
Important ! Amounts topped up using Holiday Vouchers (Chèques-Vacances ANCV) or Chèques-Vacances Connect are non-refundable. The minimum refundable amount is €1, and a €0.50 processing fee will automatically be deducted from the refunded amount.
